As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kommunicate, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound activities. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for our sales executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience in SaaS sales who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, introducing them to Kommunicate's solutions.
- Inbound Response: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Kommunicate's offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
- Experience with lead generation and cold outreach is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers and build relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
