We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth by generating high-quality enterprise opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers. The position plays a critical role in strengthening the sales pipeline by identifying potential enterprise clients, initiating conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms to generate enterprise opportunities
• Identify and research target accounts to understand their business structure, workflows, and potential challenges
• Initiate conversations with senior stakeholders including sales leaders, revenue operations professionals, and technology decision-makers
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, urgency, decision-making authority, and potential business value
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine buying signals while filtering out low-intent opportunities
• Schedule high-quality product demonstrations and meetings for the enterprise sales team
• Provide detailed prospect insights including stakeholder mapping, business challenges, and competitive context
• Identify decision-makers, champions, and key influencers within enterprise buying committees
• Maintain consistent outreach activity levels while ensuring high-quality personalization in communications
• Accurately document outreach activities, responses, and qualification notes in CRM systems
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve connection rates, meeting conversions, and pipeline quality
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth transition from prospect engagement to sales discussions
• Experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles or enterprise outbound sales environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and B2B buying behavior
• Proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting while maintaining personalized communication
• Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating complex organizational structures
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand industry workflows and business challenges
• Ability to qualify opportunities effectively and identify genuine buying intent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging enterprise prospects
• Experience using CRM systems to manage outreach, pipeline tracking, and prospect engagement
• Highly disciplined and organized approach to managing outreach activities and sales metrics
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with sales leaders and account executives
