Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Engage decision -makers and communicate the product’s value proposition
Set up qualified discovery calls for the sales team
Collaborate with Account Executives to support deal closures
Track and report sales metrics such as leads, meetings, and pipeline growth
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience as an SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation role
B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Proactive, target -driven, and well -organized
Exposure to fintech / data / AI domains is a plus
Knowledge of SEA markets or regional languages is an added advantage
