What you'll do...
- Lead and coach a team of SDRs to exceed pipeline and activity goals
- Own and optimize outbound sales cadences, messaging, and prospecting tools
- Be hands-on: jump on calls, review messages, and help the team break into accounts
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs as we scale
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Ops to build a seamless lead → opp funnel
- Track team metrics (emails, calls, connect rates, SQLs) and identify areas for improvement
- Share feedback from the field to improve positioning, ICP targeting, and product-market fit
Who you are...
- 5-6 years of SDR/BDR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Proven ability to exceed pipeline or outbound targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Excel, and other Google tools.
- A love for coaching, process-building, and driving accountability
- Prior experience in SaaS, edtech, or selling to the US market is a strong plus
