Job Overview:
As the Sales Effectiveness and Productivity Manager of Treasures, NR and CEP segment, you will be responsible for strategizing and implementing sales initiatives across multiple branches / network to increase productivity and sales targets. You will develop and implement innovative programs that improve the sales processes, coaching sales staff, and creating a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, improve productivity and exceed sales targets across the Branch Network
- Work collaboratively with branch managers, regional managers and senior management to align Branch Network priorities and facilitate the roll-out of national strategies that achieve a competitive advantage in the marketplace
- Build an infrastructure to support the sales goals and strategies by designing training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge and motivation of the sales team
- Develop and track KPI's to monitor the effectiveness of programs, and revise strategies as needed
- Provide training and coaching to branch managers and sales teams to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
- Conduct regular sales analysis and forecasting to anticipate changes and ensure adequate resources are in place
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotions and monitor their effectiveness
- Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience managing teams in a banking or financial services environment.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior trends
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring experience
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage multiple teams towards common goals
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that increase productivity and exceed targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
