Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist
Job Description:
• Research and target Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India and identify key stakeholders (Delivery Heads, CIOs, Analytics Heads, Shared Services leaders)
• Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate meetings with potential clients
• Identify industry trends, target ICPs, and innovative outreach strategies
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and maintain pipeline visibility
• Drive lead conversion through consistent follow -ups and engagement
• Position in -house solutions and accelerators to prospective clients
Required Skills:
• Experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of GCC ecosystem and enterprise sales
• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling
• Good analytical and market research skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
