Job Title: Sales Engineer



Location: Bengaluru



Experience Required: 1–4 Years of Relevant Experience



Job Type: Full-time



Salary:  ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Fixed)



Incentives: Target-based, starting from ₹5,000 per month — no upper limit



Two - Wheeler & Valid DL : Mandatory

About the Role  :



We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong background in customer sales and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of building long-term relationships, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a field-based role, involving client meetings, product presentations, and proactive follow-ups to close deals.


Requirements

Role & Responsibilities:  



  • Identify potential customers and understand their needs through consultations and solution-oriented presentations.


  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to each client.


  • Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.


  • Take full ownership of the sales funnel — from lead validation to deal closure.


  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.


  • Conduct timely follow-ups and resolve client queries to aid conversions.


  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions using CRM tools.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.


 

Preferred Candidate Profile:  



  • Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.


  • Flexibility in travelling was mandatory. 


  • Proven experience in customer sales and outbound sales (B2C or B2B).


  • Strong passion for sales and earning through performance-based incentives.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.


  • Quick ability to build customer rapport and trust.


  • Prior experience in consultative sales, field sales, or solution selling is a strong plus.


  • Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to grow within the organization.


  • Previously worked on electrical equipment sales will be an advantageous but not mandatory.
