About the Role :
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and understand their needs through consultations and solution-oriented presentations.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to each client.
Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Take full ownership of the sales funnel — from lead validation to deal closure.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct timely follow-ups and resolve client queries to aid conversions.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
Flexibility in travelling was mandatory.
Proven experience in customer sales and outbound sales (B2C or B2B).
Strong passion for sales and earning through performance-based incentives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Quick ability to build customer rapport and trust.
Prior experience in consultative sales, field sales, or solution selling is a strong plus.
Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to grow within the organization.
Previously worked on electrical equipment sales will be an advantageous but not mandatory.
