We are hiring for a leading industrial manufacturing organization specializing in automatic fire suppression systems for CNC machines and industrial equipment. The company works closely with major OEMs across India and select international markets, delivering high-quality safety solutions known for reliability, innovation, and strong customer trust.
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can actively generate leads, build strong industrial client relationships, and close business for industrial fire safety systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, industrial B2B engagement, and working in a technical product environment with OEM and manufacturing clients.
The role involves both business development and account management, with a strong focus on outreach, pipeline building, and customer engagement across industrial sectors such as machine tools, CNC, automation, and manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close sales enquiries for industrial fire suppression systems
Develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, references, industrial visits, and trade exhibitions
Identify and engage potential clients across manufacturing, CNC, and industrial equipment sectors
Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients and key accounts
Prepare sales proposals, product presentations, quotations, and business documentation
Represent the organization at industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and client events across regions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Provide regular updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking to management
Ensure high levels of customer service and uphold brand reputation in the industrial market
Support product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients when required
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities
What Makes You a Great Fit
Strong experience or interest in CRM-based sales and lead generation
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an advantage
Ability to confidently handle written and verbal client communication
Strong presentation and negotiation skills for B2B industrial sales
Self-driven personality with a proactive and target-oriented mindset
Ability to build relationships in industrial environments and engage with technical buyers
Interest in manufacturing, CNC machinery, automation, or industrial equipment sectors is a plus
Prior exposure to sales engineering or industrial product sales is beneficial but not mandatory
Comfortable with field visits, industrial networking, and trade show participation
Freshers with strong attitude, willingness to learn, and high ownership mindset are also encouraged to apply
Strong discipline in managing pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
Positive attitude with focus on learning, execution, and consistent performance
