About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales of Industrial 3D Printers, Metal & Polymer Additive Manufacturing solutions, and 3D Scanners across manufacturing and engineering industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical/B2B sales and a strong understanding of engineering products, manufacturing processes, and consultative solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, education, and engineering sectors.


• Promote and sell Industrial 3D Printers, Additive Manufacturing solutions, and 3D Scanners.


• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and live demonstrations.


• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.


• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms.


• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations and negotiate commercial terms.


• Coordinate with application engineers and technical teams for product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.


• Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, research institutions, and channel partners.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.


• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.


• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• 2–6 years of experience in technical sales / B2B industrial sales.


• Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Experience in solution selling / consultative sales.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


• Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused.
