Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer / Asst. Manager - OEM Sales to lead our Key Account Management business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the building automation and energy management sectors through strategic OEM partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through OEM partnerships
2. Identify and pursue new OEM partnership opportunities, including new markets, customers, and applications
3. Build and maintain relationships with key OEM partners, including technical, commercial, and executive -level stakeholders
4. Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service to ensure successful OEM partnerships
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and OEM partnership development
6. Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and analytics for OEM sales
Requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - HVAC Understanding is required.
2. 3 -5 years of progressive sales experience in the building automation, energy management, or IoT industries, with a focus on OEM sales
3. Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience in OEM sales
4. Knowledge of AI, IoT, and building management systems
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
