About CT Technologies: CT Technologies, established in 2011, is a trusted distributor and supplier of a comprehensive range of Industrial Pumps and Industrial Flow Meters. We serve a diverse client base across industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and more. We are expanding our sales force to new industrial hubs to better serve our growing clientele.

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to cover the Hosur/Electronics City region. This role involves direct B2B sales of our industrial pump and flow meter product portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in this important industrial corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the industrial landscape of Hosur and Electronics City.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs for industrial pumps and flow meters.
    • Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and site visits.
    • Present technical product information, conduct demonstrations, and prepare customized proposals.
    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Technical Consultation:
    • Act as a primary technical resource for clients, providing guidance on product selection, installation, and application.
    • Liaise with the technical support team to address complex client requirements or issues.
    • Ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound and deliver value to the client.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Actively participate in local industrial exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
    • Explore potential for new product applications or market segments within the territory.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting & CRM:
    • Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer information in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or similar disciplines preferred).
  • 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial pump, flow meter, or process equipment domain.
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications and processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively across Hosur and Electronics City industrial areas.


Benefits

Salary - 15K - 40 K per month
