Your role

Job description:



  • Work towards the Mission statement provided for Power Technique Service (PTS) Division

  • The Individual should bear positive attitude to make an efficient, agile, and service driven organization

  • Responsible for PTS Business for the respective region: Achieve budgeted order booking & sales targets

  • Generate & manage direct Sales with on-demand key accounts, non-buying / lost boys customers conversion

  • Identify Non-service Taking customers & Educate benefits of availing Genuine services & spares.

  • Focus Products promotion

  • Evaluating market potential and gaining market share.

  • Capable of independently handling Spare parts / Service Quotes.

  • Regular evaluation of Pending orders and timely execution

  • Check on Dealer & Direct receivables

  • Reaching the end customer and creating 1-1 Relationship directly as well as through dealers

  • Retain existing customer loyalties with increasing YOY.

  • Keep Tap on the competition, Nongenuine market pricing and their product performance

  • Collect data from field on Spurious parts sources

  • Co-ordinating with PTS marketing for promotion of special schemes in the territory

  • Establishing Annual service contracts, Extended Warranty, Rate contracts with Large & Key accounts

  • Give Feedback to parts marketing form field on competition pricing and consumption of parts

  • Dealer DMS & PGA-II Implementation

  • Support to dealer on pending issues / Payments

  • Supporting dealer for Negotiating of major deals

  • Territory Coverage

  • Close interaction with Field service engineers for business potential

  • Organize & conduct Promotional activities like Service Camps/Road Shows and other field activities

  • Capable of conducting in house training for key customers & dealer team

  • Effective & timely update of PTS Systems (DMS, C4C)

  • Work on Dealer Team management – Guide dealer (Dealer & Customer), Stock recommendation & ensure adequate inventory stock at dealer end basis installed units to reduce breakdown time.


 


Customer Relationship:



  • Collect customer feedback on Spares Pricing & Quality

  • Analyse escalated customer-related problems and work with dealer team to resolve them

  • Analyse factors causing dissatisfaction among customers,

  • Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Regional Service Manager


 


Compliance with Corporate Guidelines:



  • Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission and core values

  • Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct

  • Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time

  • Perform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time in order to enrich the Corporate Culture


 

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications : Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering


Knowledge :



  • 3 to 5 years experience

  • Spares sales in Compressor / Construction/ Mining industries  will be an added advantage

  • Good knowledge on Air compressors, Engine will be preferred

  • Language Known –Hindi, English, Bengali.


Personality Requirements



  • Good communication Skills with an open minded attitude

  • Always Ready to gain Knowledge of products and channel dynamics

  • Computer Skills – E-mails, MS Office must.

  • Interpersonal skills – Approach to Customers professionally

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and able to meet stringent deadlines

  • Ability to Handle / Deliver under pressure

  • Excellent eye for details

  • Work requires willingness to travel within the designated territory in all modes at all times (Approx. 80% of Working time)

  • Creativity / Innovative Ideas to resolve issues for satisfying Customers

  • Basic knowledge on Service & Maintenance
