Sales Engineer (Power tools & Assembly Solutions, Chennai)

• The candidate will be responsible for handling sales of professional hand tools and power tools in various industrial sectors.
  


• Candidates having knowledge and experience in a range of professional hand tools and power tools including rotary drills, hammer drills, impact drills, angle grinders, cordless drill drivers are best fit for this position.
  


•  He will be responsible for managing direct sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer
  service, technical support and driving business growth for the assigned products and territory.


• He should be familiar with industrial products such as Stanley, Fein and Dewalt or other similar products.
  


• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
  


• Salary will be offered at par with the industry standard.
  


• He should be a team worker, collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed the company’s overall sales revenue.
  


• He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, negotiation & closing of sales for the Product groups assigned to him. Including Customer Service, Order Management, payment collections, solving customer issues etc.. 
  


• Meet sales and collection objectives within the designated territory and oversee the profitability of the assigned product group.
  


• Should be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
  


• Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
  


• Should be familiar with manufacturing processes and machinery used in industrial operations
  


• Should be able to manage commercial negotiations with sound techno-commercial knowledge
  


• Good command over spoken and written English(mandatory) & Tamil
  


• Should be responsible for conducting trials and demonstrations on customer machines and delivering effective manufacturing solutions.
  


• Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and after-sales service, trouble shooting activities to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering
  


• 2-10 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably in power tools, Pneumatic tools & hand tools
  


• Fluent in English (mandatory), Tamil - Read/Write/Speak
  


• To be based in below locations - Chennai
  


• Ability to Travel & Meet Peoples regularly 
  


• Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation
