Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation (South India)

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)


• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales of Industrial Automation, Motion Control components, or Special Purpose Machines


• Prior sales experience in the Pharma, Packaging, or Automation industries is preferred


• Based in Bangalore with a strong regional network across South India


• Languages: Kannada & Tamil (mandatory), English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads by engaging customers across major industrial hubs in South India


• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the Mumbai Head Office (HO) for technical evaluation and offer preparation


• Manage end-to-end customer relationships—from initial contact through post-sales support; offer submission and negotiations handled by HO


• Conduct routine visits to existing Key Accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities


• Travel extensively within South India and visit the Mumbai Head Office every 2–3 months or as required
