As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in helping customers understand and implement innovative smart automation solutions, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with builders, architects, electricians, and end -users to identify automation opportunities and present tailored technical solutions.
Sales Execution: Promote the full range of smart home and electrical products to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Technical Implementation: Perform hands -on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IoT devices and system integrations.
Project Supervision: Oversee labour teams during large -scale installations to ensure technical quality and adherence to timelines.
Partner Support: Provide technical product information and troubleshooting assistance to dealers and channel partners.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of leads, site visits, and installations, providing weekly progress updates to the Kochi corporate office.
Market Presence: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations at client meetings and project sites.
Education & Experience:
Engineering or technical background preferred (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields).
Freshers with a strong interest in sales and smart technology are welcome.
Prior internship or exposure in sales/technical support is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship -building abilities.
Enthusiasm for learning about smart home and automation technologies.
Self -motivated, goal -oriented, and proactive in problem -solving.
Ability to coordinate with technical teams and manage client expectations.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and home automation concepts is desirable.
Exposure to cutting -edge smart home and electrical automation technologies.
Hands -on experience in sales, project management, and client servicing.
