Job Description:

We are a software service company based at Coimbatore, and we are looking for a young and dynamic Sales Executive, who is willing to make a career, explore and grow in the field. We have an urgent requirement for this purpose driven role.

Academic Qualifications :

• Diploma / any Degree
• Sales / Business Development experience in the IT field would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in sales strategies.
• Language : English and Tamil

• Focus on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution.
• Willing to travel, to support clients when needed.

Role : The purpose of your role is to effectively associate in driving sales and grow our business.

Your key responsibilities include, but, not limited to :

• Build a rapport with Clients with clear and confident communication.
• Conducting market research, achieving ABP, and identifying potential clients.
• Work closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module.
• Draft pitches, presentations, reference material, business plans or other documents when required, do a demo, perform a regular follow-up with leads, manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Collate and maintain leads and client information in the database.
• Own exceptional skill to negotiate with clients on contracts and service agreements and secure deals at attractive prices.
