Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, professional, and presentable Sales Executive
(Telemarketing) to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects
into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a sales
oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services. Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively. Generate leads and follow up to close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and call reports. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries. Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can also apply). Professional verbal communication skills. Presentable personality with a confident attitude. Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (preferred). Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Work Details:
