• Interact with walk-in and online customers to explain organic products and their benefits.
• Build trust by educating customers on quality, sourcing, and health advantage 

Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of spices, nuts, and organic products (origin, uses, health benefits).
• Suggest suitable products based on customer needs. 

Communication Skill

• Clearly communicate product value and brand story.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally

Billing & Order Process

• Assist customers with billing and ensure smooth checkout experience
• Handle online and bulk order coordination if required

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain daily cleaning of floors, shelves, and counters.
• Ensure dust-free product displays, especially for food items

Quality Check

• Keep products neatly arranged and well-organized.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for freshness of organic goods

Ambience & Presentation 

• Maintain pleasant fragrance, lighting, and overall vibe of the showroom.
• Ensure music, AC, and lighting are functioning properly
