Sales Executive

Job Description

• To create a marketing/sales plan for CTO events, products and services 


• To carry out own research to identify prospective and potential delegates

      and sponsors/exhibitors

• To create databases of possible event delegates as well as potential sponsors


• To validate and update such databases in consultation with the relevant CTO

      Managers.

• To sell sponsorships, advertising space, exhibition space, and delegates places

      at CTO training events, workshops and conferences 

• To assist in the development and writing of such short announcements,

      production of flyers and other literature that will assist in effective promotion

      and sales. 

• To build relationships with delegates at conferences with the objective of

      creating opportunities for collaboration between the CTO and other entities.  

• To assist the relevant Manager and other staff in arrangements for

      conferences and other commercial events/meetings, including manning CTO

• Display and exhibits at conferences and event sites.


• To undertake such other duties as directed by the CEO or the relevant

      Manager
