Roles and Responsibilities

• Source
  new business and achieve assigned sales targets through Branch Banking,
  Open Market Channels, etc.
  
• Build
  strong relationships with customers, branches, dealerships, and store
  partners.
  
• Explain
  product features, terms, and benefits to customers in a clear and
  convincing way.
  
• Manage end -to -end loan documentation — pre and post -disbursal stages.
  
• Conduct
  and participate in promotional activities/events to drive sales.
  
• Maintain
  daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and submit Daily Sales Reports
  (DSR).
  
• Follow
  company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational standards.
  
• Generate cross -sell opportunities for other financial products.
  

Requirements

• Graduates
  (any stream) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Freshers
  are highly encouraged to apply!
  
• Candidates
  with prior sales experience in financial services will have an
