Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote products and services.

  • Understand client trading styles to recommend suitable solutions.

  • Gain strong product knowledge to tailor offerings effectively.

  • Communicate value propositions that address client needs.

  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and timely follow -ups.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

  • Stock market experience; derivatives knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills; multi -language ability is an advantage.

  • Goal -driven, customer -focused, and confident in client conversations.

Role Highlights

  • No cold calling — engage only with an organic client base.

  • Continuous stock market training and skill development.

  • High earning potential with a simple, uncapped incentive structure.

  • 80% of the team earns incentives, going up to 200% of CTC.

  • Strong work -life balance with 30 leaves + 12 half -days annually.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹3,50,000 + attractive incentives.
