Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer -focused Sales Executive for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, handling customer inquiries, generating sales, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion

• Promote domestic and international tour packages.
  

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
  

• Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
  

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  

• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
  

Marketing Activities

• Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
  

• Promote travel packages through social media and online platforms.
  

• Participate in travel events and promotional activities.
  

Customer Service

• Provide customers with travel information, package details, and pricing.
  

• Assist customers before and after bookings.
  

• Handle customer feedback professionally.
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
  

• Prepare quotations and basic travel documents.
  

• Update daily sales and customer activity reports.
  

Requirements

Required Skills
