Job Description - Sales Executive

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BTech, Diploma, or equivalent preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (solar, electrical, construction, or related industries preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn also be considered.

Personal Qualities

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Tasks

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads.
  • Meet residential and commercial customers.
  • Conduct site visits.
  • Explain solar products and services.
  • Prepare quotations with team support.
  • Follow up on leads until order confirmation.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Collect customer feedback and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements

Other Requirements

  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler (preferred).
  • Smartphone with internet access.
  • Fluency in the local language; (English is optional)
