Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services


• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages


• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals


• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong negotiation and convincing ability


• Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations is a plus


• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools


• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
