Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

●      Attend to showroom walk-ins and respond to inbound/online leads promptly.

●      Understand customer requirements and present modular furniture and customization options effectively.

●      Coordinate with designers to deliver floor plan–based presentations and proposals.

●      Drive order closures by addressing objections and guiding customers through the decision process.

●      Prepare and manage sales documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.

●      Maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates and after-sales support.

●      Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

●      Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

●      Graduate in any discipline.

●      1–3 years of experience in interiors, modular furniture, or high-involvement retail sales.

●      Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

●      Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

●      Experience in managing customer relationships and working with cross-functional teams.

●      Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
