Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for selling and converting customized trips for our clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:·
Reach out to potential clients and sell customized trips based on their preferences and needs·
Meet sales targets and achieve KPIs·
Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service·
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction·
Use CRM software to manage client information and sales pipeline·
Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to ensure efficient operation of the sales process·
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitors·
Attend trade shows and events to promote our services and generate new business
Requirements:·
Bachelor's degree in any fieldExperience is valued but not mandatory
( 1-2 years)
Freshers are equally welcome.·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·
Strong negotiation and closing skills·
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline·
Knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services·
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Salary:CTC INR 15,000 - 25000 per month based on the interview .
