Sales Executive - Fire Evacuation Lifts

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferred but not required. Technical knowledge necessary.

Experience:

3-4 years of sales experience in the elevator industry, with a focus on new installations.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve specified annual sales targets for the Fire Evacuation Lift product line.
• Initiate lead generation activities and effectively respond to customer inquiries to build a sales pipeline.
• Regularly visit clients to establish and maintain relationships, and gather feedback.
• Accurately document customer specifications using the company's technical form and maintain comprehensive records.
• Work closely with the Design team to assess the feasibility of customer requirements for Fire Evacuation Lift installations.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications for cost estimation and deliver customized quotes to clients, engaging in technical discussions.
• Lead commercial discussions, oversee the negotiation process, and finalize sales orders with clear terms and conditions.
• Partner with the Design team to complete General Arrangement Drawings and secure necessary client approvals.
• Coordinate site visits with the installation team to ensure project adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Manage the overall project timeline, overseeing all associated documentation and client communications.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with the factory and installation teams.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including stage-wise payments, final settlements, and advance payment agreements.
• Prepare and submit proposals for post-warranty Annual Maintenance Contracts and finalize AMC agreements, handling related payment processes.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials for the Fire Evacuation Lift product line.
• Stay informed about government regulations affecting Fire Evacuation Lifts and ensure compliance in all operations.
• Instruct clients on necessary Public Works Department documentation, assisting in collection and submission processes.
