Job Description - Sales Executive FMCG

We are looking for an energetic and target -driven Sales Executive to expand market reach and drive sales growth for our FMCG products.

If you are passionate about field sales, distributor management, and customer relationship building, this is a great opportunity to grow your sales career in the FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities:

â Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

â Develop and manage distributors, dealers & retail network

â Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage

â Build strong relationships with retailers and customers

â Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

â Ensure product visibility and promotional activities

â Monitor stock movement and sales performance

â Submit sales reports and market feedback regularly

Requirements

Strong experience in FMCG / Field Sales

Good communication and negotiation skills

Distributor and retailer management ability

Target -oriented and self -motivated mindset

Market development and customer relationship skills

Ability to travel and manage field activities

Basic MS Office and reporting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Experience in FMCG, consumer products, beverages, food products, or retail sales preferred
