Job Description - Sales Executive- HORECA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HORECA Sales Executive to drive sales across hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and other institutional clients. The role involves client acquisition, revenue generation, and account management across a designated geography. Candidates with a background in Beverages and HORECA sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new HORECA clients to expand market presence.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent primary sales.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with chefs, consultants, and cafe decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, promotions, and visibility closures.
  • Drive tie-ups with key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle B2B queries, pricing, and timely payment reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams for smooth operations and product availability.
  • Maintain sales data, reports, and customer interaction records.





Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and drive institutional revenue.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to sales and business growth.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HORECA sales experience in the Beverages sector (mandatory).
