Sales Executive Luxury Jewellery

We are seeking a dynamic and customer -focused Sales Executive to join our luxury jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and expert guidance in jewellery selection.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross -selling.
  
• Maintain in -depth product knowledge of jewellery, designs, and current trends.
  
• Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow -up and after -sales service.
  
• Ensure the store’s visual presentation and product displays meet luxury standards.
  
• Assist with stock management, billing, and handling customer queries/concerns.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery).
  
• Basic understanding of jewellery and gemstones.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Customer -oriented with a pleasant personality and polished grooming.
  
• Ability to work in a target -driven environment.
  
• Flexible to work on weekends and during peak business hours.
