Job Description - Sales Executive | Mumbai | Service-based Firm

Inside
Sales Representative | Mode: On-site, Permanent, Full-time

Location: Mumbai-Thane, India

NOTE: Require only female candidates

Job
Overview:
We seek a motivated Inside Sales
Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly
with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in
generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and
driving revenue growth.

Key
Responsibilities:

       Lead Generation: Identify and develop new
business opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and following
up on leads.

       Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong
relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and
effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs.

       Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed
assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.

       Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep
understanding of company’s products and services to effectively address
customer inquiries and objections.

       CRM Management: Accurately record and manage
all sales activities and client interactions in the company's Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system.

       Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing
and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

       Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

       Minimum of 2 years of experience
in inside sales, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead
generation.

       Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills

       Strong negotiation and closing
abilities.

       Proficiency in using CRM software
and other sales tools.

       Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and
able to work independently.




Requirements

       Experience in the climate-tech or
HVAC industry is a plus.

       Familiarity with IoT-based
solutions and subscription models.​
