Location: Panvel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month

Real Estate Experience: Mandatory

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a presentable and target-oriented Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities and experience in generating and converting leads.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

1–3 years of Real Estate Sales experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Lead generation and follow-up

Client relationship management

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Strong sales and conversion skills

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Professional and presentable personality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals and digital platforms

• Build relationships with developers, promoters, consultants, architects and clients

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable RERA-related services

• Conduct client meetings and presentations

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients

• Maintain customer data and provide timely reports

• Coordinate with legal and technical teams for smooth client servicing

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Track market trends, RERA developments and competitor activities
