Job Description – Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive professionals with strong Project Sales experience in Waterproofing Solutions to drive sales and develop new project business across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience specifically in the Waterproofing Industry and a strong network among builders, contractors, architects, consultants and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales of waterproofing solutions across Delhi NCR.
  
• Identify and generate new waterproofing project opportunities.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators and project stakeholders.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits and enquiry to negotiation and closure.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy project sales pipeline.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to understand waterproofing requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  
• Coordinate with technical/application teams for product demonstrations, technical support and project requirements.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
  
• Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects to identify new waterproofing opportunities.
  

Requirements

• 2–6 years of core sales experience in the Waterproofing Industry / Waterproofing Construction Chemicals.
  
• Strong Project Sales experience is mandatory.
  
• Candidates must come specifically from the Waterproofing Industry.
  
• Candidates from Retail Sales / Channel Sales / Distributor Sales will not be considered.
  
• Experience selling Waterproofing Chemicals / Waterproofing Systems / Construction Waterproofing Solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of project-based waterproofing sales.
  
• Experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators and project clients.
  
• Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR construction/project market.
  
• Must own a two-wheeler for field and project visits.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
