Position Details

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B / Project Sales. The ideal candidate should have exposure to building materials, manufacturing, or architectural products and be comfortable handling architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.
  
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain the sales pipeline.
  
• Promote building materials and architectural products.
  
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
  
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and projects until closure.
  
• Track projects from specification to execution.
  
• Achieve sales targets and identify new project opportunities.
  
• Conduct client meetings and project visits across the assigned territory.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
  
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
  
• Experience in B2B / Project / Technical Sales preferred.
  
• Exposure to architects, consultants, contractors, builders, or developers is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  
• Target-oriented with a willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
  
• Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore / Hyderabad can be considered.
