Job Description - Sales Executive/Manager

Job DescriptionOur client is seeking 15+ motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Manager with a background in Real Estate or Health Insurance to join their dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in either the real estate or health insurance industry. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.Experience:  2-10 YearsSalary:  INR 3.6 LPA to 9.4 LPAKey Responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.Negotiate and close deals, handling objections with confidence and professionalism.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Agent in the Real Estate or Health Insurance industry.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Benefits Competitive salary package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Performance-based incentives and rewards.RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Agent in the Real Estate or Health Insurance industry.
