Summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks across the assigned territory.
  
• Ensure timely collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding receivables.
  
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely, efficient milk distribution to all outlets.
  
• Conduct regular market intelligence activities to identify gaps and opportunities in marketing strategies.
  
• Promote and grow the model parlours business within the operational area.
  
• Monitor, control, and collect milk crates promptly to ensure inventory accuracy and reuse.
  
• Implement measures to minimize leakages, damages, and wastage across the supply chain.
  
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure resolution in alignment with service standards.
  
• Lead the implementation and documentation of ISO standards across all operational activities.
  

• Proven experience in sales, distribution, or field operations within the FMCG or dairy sector.
  
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination and supply chain management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business expansion.
  
• Proficiency in data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
  
• Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices.
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  
• Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, field-based environments.
