Job Description - Sales Executive/Sr.Sales Executive (On -Roll)


Role & Scope of the Work - ENEOS Brand:
  1. Effective implementation of sales policies and schemes in the market in line to Region and Organization Objective.
  2. Plan and execute primary and secondary development activities in accordance with regional and Organization plans.
  3. Drive market operations to adhere to daily calling and productivity standards for self, Distributor Sales Representatives, and Distributors.
  4. Expand distribution according to the Key Result Areas (KRA) in the territory.
  5. Execute effective brand communication, positioning, and pricing to align with company guidelines.
  6. Identify the Activity requirements and decide/suggest the Demand generation plan for Brand visibility in assigned terriotry.
  7. Drive proper market activation and strong visibility of the "ENEOS" brand in the market.
  8. Aggressively drive the implementation and success of various tie -up schemes targeting retailers and mechanics.
  9. Monitor competition activities, pricing levels, and schemes, and report, as necessary.
  10. Train and drive the productivity of the distributor and their team.
  11. Drive TPE to execute the organization strategy at ground to achieve the organization goal.
  12. Identify the Activity requirements and decide/suggest the Demand generation plan for Brand visibility in assigned terriotry.
  13. Decide the Business Road map, Set the targtes for TPE/DSR and Review on regularly basis to ensure the productivity.
  14. Prepare the Forecast basis to slaes plan and also make sure that OD are stremalined as per Organization policy.
Role & Scope of the Work - OEM:
  • Window person for Co -ordinating with OEM & our JV company team.
  • Work along with TWO sales team for HMSI retail business development.
  • Inventory Monitoring & Management.


Requirements

Qualifications/ Specialization Required:
  • Minimum Graduate.
  • MBA/PGDBM in Marketing is an advantage
Experience Required:
  1. Lubricant Domain/ Automotive Industry experience of at -least 3 -5 Years.
  2. Experience in working with Japanese organization will be an added advantage.
  3. Experience in managing Channels and good Knowledge of Managing Distribution.
  4. Should have good Geography Knowledge and Understanding of Terriotry.
