Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • To support in identifying customer’s requirements related to Gas Turbine Package upgrades, overhauls, controls upgrades and complex projects subsequently assisting in developing sales strategies to win projects.
  • Incumbent shall support frontline-sales for acquisition/ negotiations, order handover to execution team following due internal processes. Additionally, shall be responsible for supporting in bid preparations, right from receipt of enquiry, engaging with various stake-holders within the organization across business functions
  • Preparation of sales presentations, monthly business reports, periodic customers visits, coordination with internal departments like Field Service, workshop, project management team in alignment with customer agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal processes to improve efficiency of bid management, better quotation response time and timely closure of customer complaints.
  • To network and collaborate cross functional teams & multiple product line teams with an objective to develop and maintain strong relationship with customer, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

  • Good understanding of Oil & Gas sectors and other industries, its dynamics and procurement process.
  • Knowledge of industrial/ Aero derivative Gas turbines (Small to medium range), its driven units (Generators and Compressors).
  • Preferable knowledge of OEM based services under different contract models of ‘Long Term Program’, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Rate Contract, Operation & Maintenance Contracts etc
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and transactions simultaneously while prioritizing work and demonstrating good organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to tackle problems and views problems as challenges. Ability to break down complex problems into simplex to provide viable solution
