About the Opportunity
A fast -growing Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm with a strong investment track
record is looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead its high -value client acquisition and
relationship -building efforts across the family office and HNI/UHNI ecosystem.
This is a high -impact leadership role focused on growing the PMS client base through
strategic relationship management, direct sales, and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive PMS sales by acquiring new clients – primarily family offices, UHNIs, and
wealth platforms
• Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy to increase AUM and expand
market share
• Build deep relationships with wealth intermediaries, multi -family offices, and
institutional channels
• Represent the PMS offering in investor forums, events, and high -level meetings
• Craft and deliver compelling investment narratives in collaboration with the
investment team
• Manage product positioning, client presentations, and closure of large -ticket
mandates (₹5Cr+)
• Monitor industry trends and investor needs to refine offerings and drive
differentiation
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, internal diligence, and documentation
standards Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10–15 years of experience in PMS / AIF sales, wealth management, or
investment distribution
• Strong relationships with family offices, HNIs/UHNIs, and private bankers
• Proven track record in closing large deals and raising capital in the private
wealth segment
• Solid understanding of capital markets and PMS regulatory framework
• Strong pitching, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial and self -starter mindset with leadership qualities
Qualifications
• Graduate + MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred
