Sales Head – Dentistry | scanO
Location: Pune, India + (Frequent on -ground travel required)

To scale this vision, we are looking for a Sales Head with proven dentistry or dental healthcare sales experience who understands how Indian dentists think, decide, and build trust.
This is a high -ownership role focused on building and scaling revenue within the dental ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
:one: Own Revenue Like a Founder
Own end -to -end revenue targets across scanO products
Build quarterly & annual sales plans aligned with ARR goals
Ensure high -quality conversions with ethical, trust -based selling
:two: Build & Scale a Dental Sales Engine
Design structured sales playbooks for:
Solo dental clinics
Dental chains
Institutions & hospital partners
Build predictable funnels: Leads â Demos â Pilots â Closures â Renewals
Align closely with marketing, product & operations
:three: Drive Aggressive Dental Market Penetration
Execute roadshows across metro & tier -2/3 cities
Lead webinars, demo camps & dental workshops
Build and manage strong relationships with Dental KOLs
Represent scanO at dental conferences & association events
Drive outbound campaigns targeting high -value dentist segments
:four: Lead From the Front
Personally close strategic deals (large clinics & chains)
Set the benchmark for consultative dental selling
Build and mentor a high -performance dental sales team
:five: Be the Voice of the Dentist
Bring field insights to improve pricing, packaging & positioning
Act as a bridge between dentists and internal teams
Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Dental/Healthcare Background)
6–10 years of experience in dentistry / dental devices / dental SaaS / medical device / healthcare sales
Direct experience selling to dentists, dental clinics, hospital dental departments, or dental chains
Strong understanding of dental practice economics and clinical decision -making
Proven track record of achieving and scaling revenue targets
Experience building or leading sales teams
Comfortable with frequent travel and field -heavy execution
Strongly Preferred
Experience in oral healthcare or AI -enabled medical devices
Startup or scale -up exposure
Experience managing Dental KOL networks
Roadshow & conference -led demand generation experience

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in B2B / healthcare / medical devices / SaaS / dental or pharma sales
Proven experience building or scaling sales teams
Strong revenue ownership and GTM execution capability
Hands -on outbound sales, roadshows, events, and KOL management experience
Ability to close high -value, consultative deals
Deep understanding of Indian healthcare sales dynamics
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with travel, ambiguity, and fast -paced startup environments
