Job Description - Sales Head

JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery
industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a
position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer
located in Andheri (E), Mumbai


JD of Sales Head (B2B) -
  • Developing strategic plans aligned to company goals.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales
    targets and expand customer base.

  • A strong knowledge of B2B Sales (CZ Gold Jewellery is a plus) and excellent hold on the domestic market is ideal.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and
    achievement of sales goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with
    key customers and industry partners.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
    to promote our brand and products

  • A good understanding of product development and technical process of manufacturing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
    to identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Oversee the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports, providing
    regular updates to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional
    strategies and campaigns.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any
    issues or complaints in a timely manner.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance
    reviews to support the professional development of the sales team.




Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Jewellery industry, specifically Gold Jewellery
  • Good Understanding of CZ Gold Jewellery (B2B)
  • Market - Domestic
  • Qualification: B.Com / PG in Marketing
  • Strong experience in leading large sales teams and multi -location business operations
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion
  • Expertise in sales strategy, marketing execution, business development, and team leadership
  • Experience collaborating with product and commercial teams for business growth
  • A strong grip on defining strategies and plan of action for achieving defined goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Proven success working in a fast -paced, high -growth environment
  • Comfortable with extensive Pan -India travel
  • Coverage Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Indore, Vishakhapatnam, Jaipur, Ahmedabad & Vijayawada
