Job Description - Sales Head - Data Cable

Position: Sales Leader – Data Cable (GM / DGM)
Industry: Wire & Cable
Location: Delhi NCR & Mumbai
Experience: 15+ years in Sales leadership (Preference for BE + MBA)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive business growth
Manage and optimize sales territories to maximize coverage and efficiency
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to foster a high -performance culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

â Strong business acumen in the Data Cable -Wire & Cable industry

â Proven success in creating new business accounts and driving B2B sales

â Expertise in negotiating and managing customer relationships

â Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and market dynamics

â Excellent communication and leadership skills
