Job Description - Sales Head (SaaS)

The candidate should be ready to handle a high velocity business in the region, ready to travel in the region, do product demonstrations & lead on-ground events organized in the region. They should be Tech-Savvy and should be able to demo various products across industries

â¢ Provide strong leadership, vision and direction.

â¢ Leading & organizing prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

â¢ The incumbent must have worked on a sales / partner process in an international market (specifically US Markets)

â¢ Proven track record selling SaaS enterprise software into large/complex accounts

â¢ A strong history of quota attainment in a SaaS product sales role

â¢ Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores

â¢ Develop opportunities through cold-call prospecting, leads driven via webinars, email promotions, trade shows, events, web inquiries, and phone inquiries

â¢ Meet or exceed the sales target for assigned enterprise accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually

Requirements

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Candidates should have enterprise sales experience in US Market/s

â¢ 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS software sales across US Markets

â¢ Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with high-level direction

â¢ Ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience
