We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Lead with a proven track record of driving digital business and building strong partnerships with leading brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding digital revenue streams, acquiring new clients, and managing strategic relationships with key accounts.
This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and digital sales, combined with the ability to lead teams and execute high-impact digital campaigns. The candidate should have significant experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry and demonstrate a strong professional network within the marketing ecosystem to generate leads and win new business.
The role involves a balanced focus on new client acquisition (40%), key account management (30%), and social media team management (30%). The candidate should have a proven individual contribution of ₹5 Crore or more in new client acquisition and possess the ability to scale digital revenues with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
Drive revenue growth through digital and social media marketing initiatives.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the digital space.
Consistently expand revenue streams through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search, and content platforms.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term brand partnerships.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts while identifying opportunities for additional revenue growth.
Content & Campaign Development
Oversee the creation of engaging and performance-driven content across platforms such as blogs, videos, and social media.
Ensure content strategies are optimized for reach, engagement, and SEO performance.
Social Media Management
Lead and guide the social media team in managing brand presence across platforms.
Build communities, drive engagement, and execute impactful social media campaigns.
SEO & SEM Management
Conduct keyword research and oversee on-page and off-page optimization initiatives.
Manage paid search campaigns and ensure effective ROI from search marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze digital metrics and generate actionable insights and reports for clients and internal teams.
Industry Awareness
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the social media team.
Collaborate closely with client servicing, planning, and creative teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media ecosystems.
Proven experience in new client acquisition and digital sales.
Ability to consistently grow revenue from existing client relationships.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Experience
7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or digital sales roles.
Proven individual contribution of ₹5 Crore+ in new client acquisition.
Strong network within the marketing and brand ecosystem to drive business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Language Proficiency
English: High proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage.
