Job Summary:

Our
client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Sales Leader with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the
HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research domain to join their elite team.

The
successful candidate possesses a thorough understating of complete sales
process and responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and
capitalizing on new business opportunities within the SaaS
(Software -as -a -Service) market.

As
a Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining
strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and promoting
our SaaS solutions to meet their specific needs and build and run a strong
sales team.



Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and
    drive business growth in the HealthTech, Lifesciences, and Clinical
    Research sectors.

  • Identify
    and prospect potential clients in the target market through various
    channels, including cold -calling, networking, and leveraging industry
    connections.

  • Conduct
    thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive
    landscape, and customer needs to shape the sales strategy and product
    positioning.

  • Build
    and maintain strong relationships with key decision -makers and
    stakeholders in the target industry, including C -level executives, IT
    directors, and procurement professionals.

  • Build
    strong sales process and metric to manage a strong sales team.

  • Understand
    client requirements, pain points, and business challenges to effectively
    position and tailor our SaaS solutions to address their specific needs.

  • Collaborate
    closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide
    valuable customer feedback and insights, drive product enhancements, and
    ensure alignment between sales and product strategies.

  • Prepare
    and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
    to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition, features, and
    benefits of our SaaS solutions.

  • Negotiate
    contract terms, pricing, and licensing agreements in collaboration with
    the legal and finance teams, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable
    outcomes.

  • Maintain
    accurate sales records, track sales activities, and provide regular sales
    forecasts and reports to the management team.

  • Stay
    updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
    related to HealthTech, Lifesciences, and Clinical Research sectors to
    proactively identify new opportunities and challenges.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    of 15+ years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in the SaaS
    industry, within the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research
    domain.

  • Experience
    of Sales in US/Europe geographies is mandatory

  • Must
    have a proven track record of scaling the business.

  • Strong
    understanding of the HealthTech, Lifesciences, or Clinical Research
    sectors, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and
    regulatory requirements.

  • Proven
    track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and
    driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to
    engage and build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong
    analytical and problem -solving skills to understand complex clients
    requirements and propose effective solutions.

  • Self -motivated,
    result -oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
    in a team environment.

  • Willingness
    to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and
    participate in conferences.


Education:

  • Bachelor's
    degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • An MBA
    or equivalent qualification is preferred.
