Position: Sales
Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager /
Director to lead end-to-end sales efforts and drive new client acquisition.
This role involves prospecting, solution selling, and building relationships
with marketing and growth leaders at B2B organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
· Target and engage decision-makers in SaaS, IT, and other B2B
sectors
· Create and execute outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold
calling)
· Qualify leads and present tailored demand generation solutions
· Track opportunities in CRM and meet monthly/quarterly sales
targets
Requirements:
· 4–8+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in a lead-gen or
agency environment)
· Strong track record of selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
· Excellent communication, prospecting, and closing skills
· Familiarity with outbound marketing, ABM, and sales tools
(LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
