Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Sales Manager –
Sports Medicine to lead and grow our Sports Medicine portfolio at Avana Medical
Devices Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales,
building strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals, and
implementing strategies to expand market presence. The ideal candidate will
combine deep knowledge of medical devices with strong leadership, analytical,
and customer engagement skills to deliver business growth in the Sports
Medicine segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive sales growth in the Sports
Medicine portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the
customer base.
Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies
across assigned regions, ensuring maximum coverage and penetration.
Customer Engagement: Build long -term partnerships with
orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists, and
hospitals by providing clinical and product support.
Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales
representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Training & Education: Organize product demonstrations,
workshops, and training programs for healthcare professionals to enhance
awareness and adoption of Avana’s Sports Medicine devices.
Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor
activities, and customer feedback to shape business strategies.
Brand Promotion: Represent Avana at medical conferences,
exhibitions, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility in Sports Medicine.
Sales Analytics: Track sales performance, prepare reports,
and use data -driven insights to refine strategies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy,
Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in medical device sales, with
at least 2 years in Sports Medicine or Orthopedics.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sports Medicine
procedures, products, and market dynamics.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop
sales teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
tools.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills.
Negotiation: Strong consultative sales and negotiation
skills to close high -value deals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast -paced
environment with multiple priorities.
Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship -building and
customer service orientation.
