As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to create long-term, trusting relationships with a Target set of prospects, to develop new business from clients and actively seek new sales opportunities to position the ALE ICT portfolio i.e., Voice, Data & Cloud Solutions.
Reporting to the VP-UAE & India, you will collaborate closely with our Business Partners as well as our Channel Teams, with a mission to become a primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific prospect, customer or customers. You should also possess and exhibit strong Business Partner relationship handling capability. Indirect selling through Channel partners is a key and mandatory attribute. Good networking skills and deep knowledge about Government/Public/Banking Sector in India will be a plus.
Your goal is to generate awareness and demand of our products and services to the clients, as well as acquiring new customers.
You define yourself as someone who has passion for selling and a strong desire to build and nurture professional relationships. A proven track record in Sales, especially in India is a must.

With over 8-10 years of experience in IT Industry, you need to possess both a business and technical background that enables you to engage with an account at the CXO level as well as the Business & IT Staff.
