We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Business Process Services (BPS/BPO) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Business Process Services (BPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, with a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver customized outsourcing solutions that create measurable business value.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service offerings. You should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to effectively position outsourcing solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities for Business Process Services (BPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer business challenges and propose tailored outsourcing solutions that align with their operational and business objectives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and account transition.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, solution consulting, and leadership teams to create compelling value propositions and customized service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, business proposals, and commercial negotiations for prospective clients.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and CRM records while ensuring timely reporting.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new business.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling of additional outsourcing services.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Business Process Services (BPS) sales.
• Proven expertise in selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
• Excellent enterprise sales, business development, and client acquisition capabilities.
• Strong consultative selling, solution selling, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value enterprise deals.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing delivery models, shared services, and operational transformation.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• 5–20 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the Business Process Services (BPS) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring large enterprise clients and managing strategic accounts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in solution development and proposal management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial decision-making abilities.
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
