Job Description - Sales Manager

Managed strategic relationships with leading brands, media agencies, and advertising partners across sectors including FMCG, technology, automotive, BFSI, and consumer electronics.

Consistently achieved and exceeded quarterly and annual digital media revenue targets through consultative sales and solution-based selling.

Developed and executed integrated media proposals involving display, video, programmatic, influencer marketing, branded content, and sponsorship opportunities.

Worked closely with agency trading desks and brand teams to drive private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic buying partnerships, resulting in increased media spend and long-term business relationships.

Identified cross-selling and upselling opportunities by packaging media inventory, influencer campaigns, event sponsorships, and custom content solutions.

Collaborated with creative, campaign management, operations, and analytics teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of campaigns.

Presented campaign performance using key digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPV, CTR, Viewability, and ROAS, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

Built customized sales pitches and presentations based on client objectives, audience insights, and market trends.

Maintained a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, programmatic advertising, and audience targeting.

Monitored industry trends in digital media, gaming, esports, influencer marketing, and emerging advertising technologies to identify new revenue opportunities.
